It takes 48 to 72 hours for an application to be approved after it is submitted.

Yes renter’s insurance is required for all residents. We require a minimum of $100,000 personal liability coverage.

You can apply right on our website! Simply find a desired apartment, and click “start application.”

We require all applicants to show that they earn at least 3 times the base rent in gross household monthly income. We also screen all applicants for credit, rental history, and criminal history.

We do accept guarantors for income. Guarantors must show that they make 5 times the monthly base rental amount, and complete a credit check.

Rent is due on the 1st, considered late after the 5th.

We charge $97 for a cable/internet package through Spectrum, a $13 trash fee, and a $7 pest control fee monthly.

You are responsible for water and sewer, which is billed based off usage, and electricity which is sub-metered by Duke Energy.

We have a required technology package through Spectrum, which includes cable and internet.

Yes! All of our apartments come with washer and dryer included.


Yes, Residences at Brookline is a pet-friendly community.

We allow up to 2 pets per apartment. Breed restrictions apply.
